When are my cookies baked? All orders are baked fresh on the day of shipping. Always. This ensures you have the ultimate Sablé experience.

How long does shipping take? All orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Royal Mail Tracked 24hr. Delivery is usually next day, depending on your location.

How are my cookies packed? Each cookie is individually sealed to remain freshness and maintain quality, they are sent in a cardboard mailer box and mailing bag.
