Sablé Crew Members (1-2 days only)
As a Sablé Crew Member you will be trained across all areas, including coffee, baking, production and customer service. No previous experience is required, we are looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
- Making specialty coffee and drinks (full training provided)
- Preparing and baking, operating ovens
- Preparing products for daily service
- Serving customers and operating the till
- Maintaining store cleanliness and organisation
- Supporting production and retail operations as needed

Baker - Part Time (1-2 weekdays only)
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented Baker to join the Sablé team. Previous commercial baking experience is essential, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while consistently producing high-quality products. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Bake cookies and other products to the highest quality and consistency.
- Prepare products for display, packaging and customer orders.
- Decorate and finish products where required.

Barista - Part Time (weekends only)
We’re looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable Barista to join the Sablé team. Previous barista experience is essential, with confidence in preparing high-quality coffee in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso-based drinks and other hot/cold beverages to a consistently high standard.
- Dial in espresso and adjust the grinder throughout the day to maintain quality.
- Steam milk to the correct texture and temperature for a range of drinks.
- Deliver warm, friendly and professional customer service.

Kitchen Crew (1-2 weekdays only)

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable and hardworking Kitchen Crew member to join the Sablé team. No previous experience is required, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the bakery team with daily production tasks.
- Assist with preparing, shaping and rolling dough.
- Help with decorating and finishing products to Sablé standards.
- Prepare products for baking, display and customer orders.

Part Time:
- Approximately 18–24 hours per week
- Minimum 1-3 days availability
- Must be available at least 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Full Time:
- Approximately 30–35 hours per week
- 4–5 days availability required
- Must be available at least 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
